Terms of Service

The rules for creating an account, using Call0, billing, compliance, liability and termination.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms govern access to and use of the Call0 platform operated by Call0 Inc., a company incorporated in the United States.

Mailing address: Call0 Inc. 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor Suite #3389 New York, NY 10013, United States

By creating an account or using Call0, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Call0 provides an AI voice-agent platform for automating inbound and outbound phone calls. Depending on plan and configuration, it includes:

  • AI-agent creation and configuration.
  • Phone-number provisioning and management.
  • Realtime call handling by AI voice agents.
  • Call transcription, optional recording and analytics.
  • Booking and appointment management.
  • WhatsApp, email and connected third-party integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information and be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account, and must report unauthorized use immediately.

4. Billing and Payment

Call0 offers a permanent Free plan and paid monthly subscriptions:

  • Free: permanently free without a credit card and includes the browser-test allowance shown on the pricing page. A paid plan is required for purchasing a phone number and real telephony.
  • Creator, Pro and Scale: monthly minute and message allowances, with additional minutes billed at the displayed plan rate.
  • Enterprise: individual pricing available on request.
  • WhatsApp: €0.06 per message unless included in the selected plan.
  • Email: €0.10 per message unless included in the selected plan.

The current plan details are listed on the pricing page. Prices shown during ordering apply and may change with 30 days’ notice.

Stripe Inc. processes subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; the base fee is charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Usage beyond included minutes or messages is calculated at the end of the billing cycle and added to the next monthly invoice. It is not taken from a prepaid balance and is not auto-recharged.

Stripe issues an invoice for each subscription and overage charge, makes a downloadable copy available and Call0 sends an email notification when a new invoice is available.

If collection fails, Call0 sends reminders. An invoice unpaid for more than three days can cause the account, calls and platform access to be locked until all overdue amounts are settled. Outstanding amounts remain due.

All charges are in EUR and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for charges incurred through your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Call0 for:

  • Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering or unlawful telemarketing.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk calls, robocalling or violations of TCPA, GDPR or other telecommunications rules.
  • Threatening, abusive or harassing communications.
  • Presenting an AI agent as human or impersonating a person, organization or public authority.
  • Unauthorized identity or voice imitation, or removing or tampering with legally required AI labels.
  • Manipulative, deceptive or subliminal practices that materially distort decisions or exploit people.
  • Social scoring, biometric categorization based on sensitive characteristics, or emotion recognition in workplaces or educational institutions unless a narrow statutory exception applies.
  • From December 2, 2026, using an AI system to generate or manipulate realistic intimate material of an identifiable person without that person’s freely given, specific, informed, unambiguous and explicit consent.
  • From December 2, 2026, using an AI system to generate or manipulate child sexual abuse material, unless a statutory “without right” defence applies.
  • Autonomous decisions in uses that qualify as high-risk under Art. 6 together with Annex I or III EU AI Act; depending on the intended purpose, this may include certain uses in recruiting, credit, healthcare, education or public-authority contexts. A separate legal assessment, appropriate safeguards and effective human oversight are required before such use.
  • Content promoting violence, discrimination or illegal activity.
  • Circumventing security, usage limits or access controls.
  • Decompiling, disassembling or reverse-engineering the platform or AI models.
  • Reselling the service without prior written authorization.

Call0 may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. Repeated violations can result in a permanent ban.

6. AI Disclosure and Compliance

Call0 provides an automated AI disclosure at the beginning of calls. You agree to:

  • Not disable or bypass the AI disclosure.
  • Disclose clearly, distinguishably and accessibly from the beginning of the first interaction that AI is involved, and never present the agent as human.
  • Not remove or falsify machine-readable labels that Call0 actually provides for synthetic audio or text output.
  • Comply with local rules governing AI-generated communications.
  • Give callers all legally required privacy and processing notices.
  • Maintain a valid legal basis, required notices and consents, documented human oversight and appropriate retention rules.
  • Together with Call0, each according to its own role as provider or deployer, take appropriate measures to support the development of AI literacy among staff and other persons dealing with the operation or use of AI systems on its behalf. Those measures must take account of technical knowledge, experience, education and training, the context of use and the persons or groups affected. Art. 4 EU AI Act does not require a guarantee of any specific level of AI literacy for an individual.
  • Use Call0 in regulated contexts or for uses that qualify as high-risk under Art. 6 together with Annex I or III EU AI Act only after a separate legal and technical assessment.
  • Art. 50(1) EU AI Act applies unchanged from August 2, 2026. For Art. 50(2), Call0 takes technically feasible measures consistent with the generally acknowledged state of the art; this is not a promise of a persistent audio watermark. The transition through no later than December 2, 2026 applies only to Art. 50(2) and systems placed on the market before August 2, 2026. This clause is not a blanket compliance guarantee.

7. SMS and Text Messaging

By providing a mobile number and opting in, you consent to account, onboarding, support, sales, scheduling and follow-up texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Frequency varies and carrier message or data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance.
  • Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Data Processing

Calls may be processed by third-party AI services and may generate transcripts, optional recordings and summaries. Caller phone numbers and conversation content are processed to provide the service.

For EU/EEA customers, the customer is controller and Call0 is processor. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

9. Service Availability

Call0 is provided “as is” and “as available”. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance may be announced with reasonable notice.

Call0 is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, network failures, force majeure or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, design, documentation and Call0-owned AI components are owned by Call0 Inc. and protected by intellectual-property law.

You retain ownership of your agent settings, business data and uploaded content. You grant Call0 a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content only to provide and improve the service.

You agree to indemnify Call0 Inc., its officers, directors, employees and agents against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of Call0.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of third-party rights.
  • Content or data you provide to the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALL0 INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

CALL0’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CALL0 IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

AI responses may contain errors and Call0 does not guarantee that an AI agent will handle every call correctly.

13. Termination

You may terminate through dashboard settings at any time. Call0 may suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

After termination:

  • Platform access ends immediately and active phone numbers are released.
  • Outstanding invoices, including overage accrued before termination, remain payable.
  • Personal data is removed through the applicable account-deletion process, except where legal retention duties apply.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
