1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Call0 platform, operated by Call0 Inc., a company incorporated in the United States.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Call0.

2. Service Description

Call0 provides an AI-powered voice agent platform that enables businesses to automate inbound and outbound phone calls. The service includes:

  • - AI agent creation and configuration
  • - Phone number provisioning and management
  • - Real-time call handling with AI voice agents
  • - Call transcription, recording, and analytics
  • - Booking and appointment management
  • - WhatsApp and email channel integration

3. Account Registration

To use Call0, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Billing & Payment

Call0 operates on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model. Current pricing:

  • - AI voice calls: $0.15 per minute
  • - Agent creation: $5.00 per agent (one-time)
  • - Phone numbers: $10.00 per month per number
  • - WhatsApp messages: $0.03 per message (100 free per month)
  • - Email messages: $0.02 per message (50 free per month)

New accounts receive 15 free minutes (one-time, valid for 30 days after signup). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. All charges are in USD and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Upon account termination, unused credits are forfeited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Call0 for any of the following:

  • - Illegal activity: Any use that violates applicable laws, including fraud, money laundering, or illegal telemarketing
  • - Spam and robocalling: Unsolicited bulk calls, spam, or violations of TCPA, GDPR, or other telecommunications regulations
  • - Harassment: Threatening, abusive, or harassing communications
  • - Impersonation: Misrepresenting the AI agent as a human, or impersonating real individuals, organizations, or government entities
  • - Harmful content: Generating or distributing content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
  • - Security violations: Attempting to circumvent security measures, usage limits, or access controls
  • - Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering the platform or its AI models
  • - Resale: Reselling the service without prior written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban.

6. AI Disclosure & Compliance

Call0 AI agents provide an automated disclosure at the beginning of each call, informing callers they are speaking with an AI. You agree to:

  • - Not disable or circumvent the AI disclosure
  • - Comply with all applicable laws regarding AI-generated communications in your jurisdiction
  • - Inform your callers about data processing as required by applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • - Not use the service in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal) without ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations

7. Data Processing

By using Call0, you acknowledge that:

  • - Phone calls are processed by third-party AI services (see Privacy Policy)
  • - Call transcripts, recordings, and AI-generated summaries may be generated and stored
  • - Caller data (phone numbers, conversation content) is processed to provide the service

For EU/EEA customers: you act as the data controller, Call0 acts as the data processor. See our Data Processing Agreement for details.

8. Service Availability

Call0 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, network outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Call0 platform, including its software, design, documentation, and AI models, is owned by Call0 Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content (agent configurations, business data, uploaded content). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for providing and improving the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call0 Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • - Your use of the service
  • - Your violation of these Terms
  • - Your violation of any third-party rights
  • - Content or data you provide to the platform

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALL0 INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CALL0 IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We do not guarantee that the AI agent will handle every call correctly. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain errors.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms with or without prior notice.

Upon termination:

  • - Access to the platform will cease immediately
  • - Active phone numbers will be released
  • - Unused credits are forfeited
  • - Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention requirements apply

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
