1. Service Description

Call0 provides an AI-powered phone agent platform that enables businesses to automate inbound phone calls. The service includes AI agent creation, phone number management, call handling, booking management, and analytics.

2. Account Registration

To use Call0, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Call0 for:

  • - Illegal activities or fraud
  • - Spam calls, robocalling, or unsolicited telemarketing
  • - Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
  • - Impersonation of real individuals or organizations
  • - Activities that violate telecommunications regulations
  • - Circumventing usage limits or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing & Payment

Call0 offers a pay-as-you-go pricing model. You receive 15 free minutes per month. Usage beyond the free minutes is billed at the current rate (see pricing page).

Payments are processed by Stripe. By using the service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including charges from AI agent calls.

5. Data Processing

By using Call0, you acknowledge that:

  • - Phone calls handled by your AI agents are processed by third-party AI services
  • - Call transcripts and recordings may be generated and stored
  • - Caller data (phone numbers, conversation content) is processed to provide the service
  • - You are responsible for informing callers that they are speaking with an AI agent, where legally required

6. DSGVO / GDPR Compliance

If you use Call0 to process personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), you act as the data controller for caller data. Call0 acts as the data processor.

You are responsible for:

  • - Ensuring a valid legal basis for processing caller data
  • - Informing callers about data processing as required by Art. 13/14 DSGVO
  • - Responding to data subject requests from callers
  • - Notifying us of any data breaches involving your account

7. Intellectual Property

The Call0 platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Call0. You retain ownership of your content (agent configurations, business data, call recordings).

You grant us a license to use your content solely for providing and improving the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Call0 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI agent will handle every call perfectly or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call0 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Call0 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention requirements apply.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
