How does Call0 work?

Call0 uses advanced AI models to handle phone calls for your business. You create an AI agent with your business information, assign it a phone number, and it handles calls 24/7 — taking orders, booking appointments, answering questions, and more.

What languages are supported?

Call0 currently supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Your agent will speak in whichever language you configure.

How much does it cost?

You get 15 free minutes per month. After that, usage is billed at $0.15 per minute. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no limits on the number of agents or phone numbers.

Can my agent take orders or book appointments?

Yes! During setup, you can enable booking capabilities. The AI agent will automatically collect the required information from callers and create bookings that appear in your dashboard.

What happens if the caller asks something the agent doesn't know?

The agent will politely let the caller know and can offer to transfer the call to a human, take a message, or suggest alternative ways to get help. You can customize this behavior in the system prompt.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes, you can import existing phone numbers from supported providers. You can also purchase new local or toll-free numbers directly through the platform.

How do I customize what my agent says?

During the AI-guided setup, you describe your business and the agent is automatically configured. You can also manually edit the system prompt, greeting message, voice, and other settings at any time.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and only accessible to you. We are DSGVO/GDPR compliant.
