Test call information
What happens to your number when you ask Call0 to call you for a short product demonstration.
One specific request, one automated test call
Submitting your number requests exactly one automated test call. It is not blanket consent to advertising or unrelated future contact.
What happens during the test call
You select Germany or the United States, enter your number, and submit the request. Call0 validates the format and uses the selected country to choose the matching German or US caller number.
Once accepted, our telephony provider establishes the connection and connects you to the Call0 demo assistant.
Data that is processed
We process the information required to place and secure the requested call. This may include:
- The phone number entered in international format
- The selected or detected country and matching language
- Request metadata such as time, status, and IP address
- Technical call data such as call ID, participating numbers, and connection status
During the conversation, audio data required for the phone connection and demo dialogue is also transmitted and processed technically.
Purpose and role of Twilio
Processing is used to deliver the test call you requested, provide it technically, and protect the service against misuse.
- Validate the destination number and establish the requested test call
- Provide the demo assistant technically during the conversation
- Prevent misuse and maintain stability and security
- Detect technical errors and trace the call status
Twilio is used solely as the technical telephony provider for establishing and transmitting the requested call. Twilio receives the required destination number and technical call data.
Storage, questions, and withdrawal
Details about retention periods, legal bases, recipients, and your privacy rights are available in our privacy policy.
For questions, objections, or future withdrawal, contact us through the contact page to let us know. A call that has already been triggered technically may already be on its way to your phone.
