Create an item
The agent names the item and can pass column values, for example address or urgency, once you have described the columns to it.

Select monday.com under “Integrations” and connect it.
An admin of your monday account has to install the app once for the workspace. The connection dialog shows you the link.
Give Agent0 the board and describe the columns the agent should fill.

At the end of setup you choose which actions your agent may use.

The agent needs the board ID. Without it, it does not know where the item belongs.
Changing a status, assigning people or commenting on updates is not part of the standard actions.
It does not read existing items, so it cannot tell a caller how far a job has progressed.

Why do I see “App is not installed”?

monday.com requires a workspace admin to install the connection app once. After that, other users of the workspace can connect as well.

Can the agent write to different groups?

It creates items on the board you named. Sorting them into groups can be solved with automations in monday.com.

How do address and urgency get into the right columns?

Through the column values. During setup you describe which column stands for what. Anything that does not fit goes into the item name.
