Search for Zoom under “Integrations” and start with “Connect”.
Sign in with the Zoom account the meetings should run under.
Agent0 asks about appointment types, the usual duration and the times at which you offer video appointments.

With this action, Zoom sends no invitation to the caller. You send the link, or a connected email mailbox does.
The agent does not check in Zoom whether you are free at that time. For that it needs a connected calendar.

How does the link get to the caller?

By email from you. If a Gmail or Outlook mailbox is connected as well, the agent can send an email during the call.

Is the meeting in my calendar too?

In Zoom, yes. In your calendar only if your Zoom account syncs with it or the agent additionally creates a calendar event.

Does this work with Microsoft Teams as well?

Teams has no built-in action. There you choose during setup what the agent may use. The video appointment described here is created in Zoom.
