Trello with Call0Every enquiry a card in “New”.
Your board shows what is pending. The agent makes sure calls turn up there as a card and not on a scrap of paper.
Start without an account.
What your agent does during the call
Create a card
A card with a short name is created in the list you define. The agent writes address, request and callback number into the description.
How it sounds on the phone
- CallerGood afternoon, we need a quote for a new garden fence.
- Call0Certainly. About how long should the fence be, and in which material?
- CallerRoughly twenty-five metres, double-wire mesh panels.
- Call0Thank you. Where is the fence going to be built?
- CallerIn Mettmann, Hangweg 5. My name is Ulrich Petersen.
- Call0I’ve taken down the enquiry: double-wire mesh fence, about twenty-five metres, Hangweg 5 in Mettmann. You will get a callback to arrange the site appointment.

How to connect it
- Select Trello once you have opened “Integrations” in the agent, and connect it.
- Sign in to Trello and authorise the workspace that contains your board.
- Agent0 asks for the list new cards should land in and needs its list ID for that.
At the end of setup you choose which actions your agent may use.
What the integration does not do
- The agent does not move cards and sets no members, labels or due dates.
- It writes to exactly the list whose ID it knows. For several lists it needs clear rules.
- It does not read existing cards, so it does not spot duplicate enquiries.
Questions about Trello
How do I find the list ID?
It is contained in the data of the board. During setup, Agent0 helps you identify the right list.
What do the card names look like?
The way you specify. Service, name and place has proved useful, because you recognise the card without opening it.
Can I use Butler rules?
Yes. Every new card can trigger your Trello automations, such as a label or a due date.
