TANSS with Call0The hotline writes its own tickets.
TANSS is the deepest connection: the agent looks up the company, creates the ticket and answers status questions from the system.
Start without an account.
What your agent does during the call
Find the company
The agent looks up the company name it hears in TANSS. With several matches it asks rather than guesses.
Create a ticket
Title, description, company, caller name and callback number, once the caller has confirmed the summary.
Log a callback
Anyone who wants to speak to a technician gets a callback entry with number and reason.
Read the ticket status
When the caller gives a ticket number, the agent reads out the current state.
Add a comment
New information on an open case is attached to the ticket as a comment.

How to connect it
- Open TANSS under “Integrations” in your agent.
- Enter the address of your TANSS installation plus a service user with password or an API token. If two-factor sign-in is active, you store its key as well.
- Agent0 writes the intake rules into the prompt: which details are mandatory and when a callback is created instead of a ticket.
What the integration does not do
- The agent does not open a second ticket for the same issue. Additions arrive as a comment.
- It only states a status for a ticket number, never from memory.
- It does not assign technicians, book time or access customer systems.
Questions about TANSS
What happens if the caller does not want to name their company?
Then the agent records that honestly in the ticket and still takes the fault report. It never enters your own business as the company instead.
Does TANSS need an add-on module for this?
Call0 signs in to the API of your installation with a user or token. We go through the rights this login needs with you during setup.
Can a customer ask about their ticket?
Yes. With the ticket number, the agent reads the state from TANSS. Without a number it takes the question as a callback.
