Click Slack under “Integrations” and choose “Connect”.
Select your Slack workspace and grant permission to post.
Tell Agent0 which kind of call belongs in which channel, and invite the app to private channels.

At the end of setup you choose which actions your agent may use.

The agent writes; it does not read along. A reply in the channel does not reach the caller.
It does not wait for a reaction from Slack. The caller learns that someone has taken over through your callback.
It can only post to private channels where the app is a member.

Does my team get every call in Slack?

Only those you define. Emergencies, new enquiries or callback requests make sense, not every question about opening hours.

Can the agent mention individual people?

It writes the text you give it. A mention works when it appears in the text the way Slack expects it.

How is this different from the summary after the call?

The Slack message is created during the call, as an action of the agent. The summary in the dashboard exists afterwards for every call.
