Close with Call0Inbound calls become leads in Close.
Your sales team dials out, the agent answers what comes in and enters every new prospect in Close with a description.

What your agent does during the call
Lead with a description
The agent saves the name, optionally email and phone number, and sums up the request in the lead’s description.
How it sounds on the phone
- CallerI saw your advert and wanted to know whether you also handle payroll.
- Call0Yes, payroll is one of our services. For how many employees would that be?
- CallerTwelve, starting in January.
- Call0Thanks. What is your company called, and who should we call back?
- CallerReimann Landscaping, ask for Ms Reimann.
- Call0I’ve got that down: payroll for twelve employees from January. Ms Reimann, you will get a callback today.

How to connect it
- You find Close through the search in your agent’s “Integrations”.
- After clicking “Connect” you sign in to Close and confirm the authorisation.
- Agent0 wants to know which questions are part of qualification. The answers later end up in the lead description.
At the end of setup you choose which actions your agent may use.
What the integration does not do
- No access to sequences, tasks or opportunities in Close.
- The agent does not call leads from Close on its own. Outbound campaigns are a separate area in Call0.
- An existing lead with the same number is not recognised.
Questions about Close
Does Call0 replace the calling features in Close?
No. Call0 answers calls on a number of its own or a forwarded one. Close remains your sales team’s tool; the two are linked only through the lead that is created.
How detailed is the description?
As detailed as the conversation. The agent writes down the points you specify as questions, in one to three sentences.
Can I tell leads apart by source?
The standard action sets no source field. You can instruct the agent to start the description with a fixed word such as “Phone”.
