Asana with Call0What is promised on the phone is an Asana task.

Call back, send documents later, email a quote: the agent creates the follow-up as a task instead of merely promising it.

What your agent does during the call

  • Create a task

The task carries a clear name. The notes say who called, what was agreed and how the person can be reached.

How it sounds on the phone

  1. CallerI’m still waiting for the certificate for my bank, can you send it this week?
  2. Call0I’ll hand that over. Which certificate is it exactly?
  3. CallerThe income confirmation for last year.
  4. Call0Thank you. Under which name is your client file held?
  5. CallerBettina Marx.
  6. Call0I’ve created this as a task: income confirmation for Ms Marx, wanted by the end of the week. The firm will let you know as soon as it has been sent.

Task “Income confirmation Marx” in Asana

How to connect it

  1. Connect Asana in the agent’s integrations overview.
  2. In the Asana dialog, choose the workspace in which the tasks are created.
  3. Define with Agent0 which promises produce a task and what it should be called.

At the end of setup you choose which actions your agent may use.

What the integration does not do

  • The standard action sets neither assignee nor due date nor project. The requested date is in the notes.
  • The agent does not tick off tasks and does not read progress.
  • A deadline it notes is the caller’s wish, not a commitment.

Questions about Asana

Where does the task turn up?

In the Asana workspace you connected. Who it is assigned to is settled there, by hand or with an Asana rule.

Can the agent enter a date?

As text in the notes, yes. The standard action does not fill the due date field.

What is this used for most often?

For everything someone still has to do after the call. That turns “we’ll take care of it” into an entry the team can see.
