Airtable with Call0The call becomes an Airtable record.
Unlike with a plain spreadsheet, the agent fills named fields here: the name into the name field, the goal into the goal field.

What your agent does during the call
Create a record
In the base and table you name, the agent creates a record and fills the fields by their names.
How it sounds on the phone
- CallerI’m interested in your yoga class on Wednesday evenings.
- Call0Great. Have you done yoga before, or would this be your first class?
- CallerMy first.
- Call0Then the beginners’ class at six in the evening is the right one. Could I have your name and the best way to reach you?
- CallerCarolin Stein, on this number.
- Call0I’ve pencilled you in for a trial session on Wednesday, Ms Stein. The studio will confirm your place.
Record: Carolin Stein · Yoga beginners · Trial session
How to connect it
- Search for Airtable in “Integrations” and establish the connection.
- In Airtable, authorise the base that should be written to.
- Agent0 needs the base ID, the table name and the exact field names. These make up the instruction for the agent.
At the end of setup you choose which actions your agent may use.
What the integration does not do
- Field names must match exactly. If you rename a field, you have to adjust the instruction.
- The agent reads no records. It does not know about free places or existing entries.
- It sets no links to other tables and no attachments. A field that does not exist in the table makes creation fail.
Questions about Airtable
Which field types work?
Text, phone number and email are the most reliable. Select fields work when the agent writes exactly one of the existing options.
Can I hook Airtable automations onto it?
Yes. The new record triggers your automations like any other, for example a notification or an email.
Airtable or Google Sheets?
Sheets if one row per call is enough. Airtable if you need fields with fixed names, views and automations.
