Once the allowance is used up, the assistant pauses until the next contract month or until you change the plan. During the pause emails stay untouched and unread in the mailbox; afterwards the assistant handles only emails of the last 24 hours and no longer answers older ones. There are no extra charges.
While the WhatsApp assistant is in maintenance, there is no plan and no price for it.
Yes. You get 15 free test minutes in your browser, with no credit card required. The Free plan does not include a dedicated phone number. Choose a paid plan when you are ready to use live telephony.
Monthly plans are billed each month and can be cancelled monthly. With yearly billing, you pay the annual amount upfront. It is at least one monthly fee lower than twelve monthly payments. That gives you 1 month free. We show what you pay per month; the annual amount is billed upfront. With annual billing your allowance still applies per month: it starts anew every month, unused minutes expire at the end of the month and overage is determined per month and invoiced monthly in a separate invoice. The 30 test minutes renew monthly.
Your assistant stays available. Additional call minutes cost Launch: €0.16/min, Growth: €0.14/min, Scale: €0.12/min. These are charged only after your included minutes are used.
Launch and Growth each include 1 voice phone number, while Scale includes 2. Each additional voice phone number costs €15 per month, excluding VAT.
No. Email and WhatsApp are not part of the phone plans. The email assistant has plans of its own: Launch €89, Growth €220, Scale €550 per month; with yearly billing €79, €199, €499 per month. All prices exclude VAT. You find them in the tab “Email assistant”. There is no plan for WhatsApp yet.
