What your agent does during the call
Task in a list
The list ID tells the agent where the task belongs. It gives the task a name and describes the request.
How it sounds on the phone
- CallerI saw the flat on Parkallee online, is it still available?

How to connect it
- Pick ClickUp from “Integrations”.
- Connect and authorise the workspace your lists are in.
- Agent0 needs the ID of the target list. Also describe which details belong in every task.
At the end of setup you choose which actions your agent may use.
What the integration does not do
- Status, priority, assignees and custom fields stay untouched.
- The agent promises nothing your team has to check first, such as whether a property is still available.
- It does not read or update tasks.
Questions about ClickUp
Can each type of enquiry go to a list of its own?
Yes, if you give the agent the lists and their IDs and say clearly what goes where.
Does my team get a notification?
ClickUp notifies according to your settings. Anyone watching the list sees the new task.
Why does the agent not answer the availability question?
Because it does not know the answer. It has no access to your listings and does not make up information.
